Location/convenience

Cost of the room, very small room

Location is in the jewel and close to terminal 1 and connects via link and bridge to terminal 2 and 3 l. Side note: everything is basically closed after 10 pm in the jewel so there is hardly anything to see( waterfalls is closed) and nothing to eat/ drink.

The room is cramped You can barely just walk in and the bed takes up most of the cabin. The heating and cooling of the room has to be controlled by the front desk. There is no water provided to guests. It’s definitely a place just to shower and sleep for a few hours . It would be difficult to do any work in there as there is no chair to sit on. I would choose another hotel is you wanted more than a basic sleeping cabin.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy check in process, could store my luggage before check in.

The ac unit couldn't be adjusted because the screen with the Controls was in bad shape. After taking a shower the room came cold and humid because I couldn't up the fan speed and /or the temperature. It was old so I knew it was not a user issue but a needs to be switched out issue. Other than that, everything was good.

The location made it easy for our overnight stay. Would definitely stay there again for a stopover. The bed was comfortable and great to be able to have a hot shower after our flight and before leaving the following morning. It's great that it was located in the Jewel airport.

There were a few noisy people coming and going, which was disturbing when you were trying to sleep ?.

Staff at front desk tried their best to be helpful and accommodating.

Yotel Air reservation system over sold rooms as it appears to me. Our room was not available when we arrived many hours after check-in time. A few other that arrived after us also had to wait for their rooms. Housekeeping or over reservation? The room is so tight.

Room compact but everything you needed. Location not clear when you land with SIA and no one to ask at 9pm. Only found it by pure luck . Exhaustion after long flight and then a 30 minute walk with no trolley allowed soured the stay.

More signage on how to get there from other terminals. No luggage trolleys allowed so had to drag our bags for over 20 minutes at. 9pm.. found it by luck only.

The bedding smelled like sweat, the bed was not comfortable and sunk in the middle

So convenient, friendly staff, easy check in/out. Quite pricey for what you get, but it was worth it for the convenience.

The air conditioning was almost non existent, and we struggled to sleep in the heat. Also didn't like the glass wall between bedroom and bathroom with only a curtain for privacy. Not ideal in a family situation.

Nothing!!!

No one in the reception area at night , no one replied the phone !!!! Couldn’t checked in unfortunately!!! Highly disappointing!!!

The location is excellent for airport access.

The room is very small. The bed is not easily accessible for a second person. Even though the booking is for two, there is towel for only one person. The price paid for such a room is very high.

Once we found it, location was excellent!

lack of signage within airport to find it was of initial concern. THere was a slow leak in the tolet cistern causing a distracting dripping sound at night.

It was close to the airport. Only five minutes from the gate.

The room was incredibly small. And yet it was still over $200. It was almost impossible for my wife and I to move around.

Withing Changi AirPort across from the Jewel on level 4. Very convenient if striving late. Very comfortable double bed just enough room to open my medium sized luggage and walk around it. Very clean, friendly staff

Basic room, good price, superb location.

The temperature is not adjustable in the room. You have to call the front desk and have them do it. The sign on the thermostat does not say this, and I assumed the thermostat was broken. The thermostat instructions are incorrect.

Location was good for one night at the airport.

So the only luggage storage was the airport facility and would have been a great extra if the hotel would keep bags for hour or so. Also no window and it was pricey for the size of the rooms.

i love that it isvery close to Terminal 1. also very close to the restaurants and food court. and the view outside is amzing

There was no time to eat breakfast as we had an early flight. We had a cup of tea and a sandwich at the Airport. The local shopping center had many food outlets and we ate there.

The rooms were very small and compact and it was expensive to stay there.

Small but clean space to rest during an overnight layover.

Breakfast was okay, not that great. Location was good.

Room temperature set to too high. Asked staff to lower it twice but nothing happened. Couldn't sleep very well.
